Membership Commitments

Please review and agree to the following commitments required for membership.

By checking the box, you are confirming your agreement to each item.

I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the following commitments as a condition of my membership with NetworkingATX.

I am committing to attend my group’s monthly meeting, arrive on time, stay for the 90 minutes, pass referrals as appropriate, abide by the NetworkingATX (an Action Empire franchisee) policies, guidelines, and code of ethics.

I understand that I am committing to a membership contract. I am agreeing to pay my membership dues each month. Should I default, I understand that I am responsible for the remainder of contract and all costs associated in recouping that remainder.

I understand if a credit card declines or NSF occurs, I am responsible for a $25 fee per occurrence.

Cancelation of membership requires a 90-day written notice.

I understand that a background check is required within 10 days of joining.

NetworkingATX Rules & Regulations

NetworkingATX is a referral group provided by NIA Intl. LLC. NIA and any of our franchise owners reserve the right to discontinue a member’s participation in the group. If a member feels as if they have been unduly removed, they are allowed to provide a written request to NIA LLC to be reinstated.

Attendance. Your attendance is critical to the success of the group. Since we meet 12 times annually, meeting attendance is even more critical. 100% attendance is expected. On the rare occasions you do have to miss, you are expected to send a replacement. Missing a meeting and not sending a replacement costs your fellow members business.

Community Membership. Members are allowed to attend all local area NIA &/or TT meetings, including those run by all local owners in the Austin/San Antonio area. Members can request authorization to visit all other NIA/TT groups nationally & internationally as well. NIA members do not have access to Trades Together groups and vice-versa without a lifetime membership.

Multi-Level Marketing. Members of NetworkingATX can represent their products or services but not the business opportunity element of their business.

Background Check Authorization

I authorize NetworkingATX (An Action Empire franchisee) to conduct a background check including verification of my business license, online presence, and any publicly available records. This will require me to give NetworkingATX my social security number within the first 10 days of membership in order to run the check.
