I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the following commitments as a condition of my membership with NetworkingATX. *

I agree that if I attend my group's monthly meeting, I will arrive on time, remain for the full duration, participate by passing referrals as appropriate, and abide by all NetworkingATX (an Action Empire franchisee) policies, guidelines, and code of ethics.

I understand that this membership is non-exclusive, and that other members of my same profession may also participate in the group.

I understand that if my credit card is declined, I am responsible for a $25 fee per occurrence.

I understand that, while there's no annual contract for membership, a 90-day written cancellation notice is required. If I default on this obligation, I remain liable for all unpaid dues through the end of the notice period, as well as any costs incurred in collecting those amounts.

I understand that a background check must be completed within 2 weeks of joining.

NetworkingATX Rules & Regulations

NetworkingATX is a referral group provided by NIA Intl. LLC. NIA and any of our franchise owners reserve the right to discontinue a member’s participation in the group. If a member feels as if they have been unduly removed, they are allowed to provide a written request to NIA LLC to be reinstated.
Attendance. There are no requirements to attend any meetings with your membership. There will always be a minimum of one monthly in-person meeting offered to members. We recommend sending a substitute in your place if you're unable to attend, but this is also not a requirement.
Multi-Level Marketing. Members of NetworkingATX can represent their products or services but not the business opportunity element of their business.
Membership Length. There is no long-term contract with an AWC membership. A 90-day written cancellation request is required when ending your membership.

Background Check Authorization

I authorize NetworkingATX (An Action Empire franchisee) to conduct a background check including verification of my business license, online presence, and any publicly available records. This requires me to give NetworkingATX my social security number to enter into the background check company's system.

Payment Information

Membership Fee - 3 options:

-Free. This membership is only to this group and does not include the social media videos, though they can be purchased at a cost of $250 per session. The free membership is of a limited duration for founding members, and a change in fees notice will be given no less than 60 days before the increase.

-$209/mo. This is our standard membership that gives you access to not only AWC, but also all other Network in Action events in the area. These events can be found at networkingatx.com or txnia.com. Cancelation requires a 90 day written notice.

-$5000 Lifetime Membership. This membership gives access to all groups permanently.

This complimentary Founding Member membership is offered for a limited time to help launch the Austin Wellness Collective. Membership includes access to AWC events, standard member benefits, and Social Media Video Days at $250 per session. Founding members will receive at least 60 days' notice before any future pricing changes.

Monthly NATX Membership

Monthly membership to either all Network in Action or all Trades Together groups in the area. Membership has a 90-day written cancellation policy, but no long-term contracts.
